Sketching digitally is a very important part of my process because it allows me get more comfortable with the software and the tools I use! I always recommend sketching exercises to those who are starting out with digital art, because it is the best way to familiarize yourself with the tools. When sketching, I try to put more emphasis on flow and expression than on anatomical precision – it’s important that the sketches have energy and movement.
